To Whom It May Concern: BETTY SUSIE HUNTER has petitioned to be appointed the Administrator of the estate of RONALD M. HUNTER, SR., deceased, of said County. The petitioner has also applied for waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. § 53-12-261. All interested parties are hereby notified to show cause why said petition should not be granted. All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with the court on or before the 11 day of February, 2019. All pleadings/objections must be signed under oath before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings/objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Under and by virtue of the power of sale and in accordance with the terms of a certain Deed to Secure Debt from TRAVIS TURNER AND BOBBIE TURNER, Grantor, to JERICO INVESTMENTS, INC., Grantee, dated May 23, 2018; recorded in Deed Book 552, Pages 846-854, Appling County, Georgia records; said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated May 23, 2018, in the original principal sum of Twenty-four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and no/100 ($24,588.00) with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in Appling County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, on the first Tuesday in March, 2019, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property:

The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and any renewal thereof has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full because of default pursuant to the terms of said debt and the Deed to Secure Debt securing same. Notice has been given of intention to enforce collection of attorney’s fees and foreclosure in accordance with the terms of the debt, the Deed to Secure Debt, and as provided by law.
The person that has full authority to negotiate, amend, and modify all the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt with the Debtor is M. Please understand that the secured creditor is not required by law to negotiate, amend, or modify the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt or Note.
