Superior Court Judge E. M. Wilkes III opened indictments on February 1 in Appling County Superior Court. Thirteen subjects received indictments and they are as follows:
Nickolas Allen Stone – 1. Burglary, 1st degree. 2. Burglary, 2nd degree. 3. Forgery, 4th degree. 4. Forgery 4th degree. 5. Theft by taking and 6. Theft by Taking.

Dominic L. Simpson – Burglary, 1st degree.
Sharlene Heller – Attempted robbery by snatching.
Jazmin Travece Williams – Attempted robbery by snatching.
Jeremy Deran Beckworth – Aggravated battery.
Kenneth Edward Lockwood – Burglary.
Chad Everett Dasher – Burglary, 2nd degree-three counts.
Brian Lee Magee – Burglary, 2nd degree.
Crystal Charmaine Patchen – Burglary, 2nd degree.
Koby Allen Williamson – Burglary, 1st degree.
